Senior Manager – Consortium (Suchana)

The Opportunity

The Senior Manager-Consortium of Suchana Programme in Sylhet will support Deputy Programme Director in the areas of partnership management which include planning, performance monitoring, and review of financial resources allocation, utilization, and capacity building plan.  S/he will provide strategic guidance to both technical and implementing partners. S/he will work closely with the focal persons of Livelihood, Horticulture, Aquaculture, Income Generating Activities (IGA) to align support on partnership issues and activities. S/he will coordinate with GoB sectors to ensure necessary support for collaboration for replication in the Sunamganj and Habignaj districts. S/he will arrange joint monitoring visits from the participation of consortium members to ensure technical support for the IPs, ensure representation of GoB and relevant ministries/departments at District and upazila level to explore opportunity to secure GoB support for Suchana. This position will ensure quality services to internal and external stakeholders in line with the Suchana Project’s Partnership Principles and Framework and other SCI Policies and Procedures especially in procurement compliances.
