Manager - M&E, Mamoni MNCSP

The Opportunity
The position will be based in Government Office and will provide support to the implementation of MIS, eMIS, eLMIS, HRIS and other information systems, provide technical assistance to GOB and partner NGOs in using MIS tools, protocols, DQA and use of data for decision making. S/he will also assist in organizing district level seminars, workshops, training programs and provide technical assistance on routine procurement planning, distribution and stock management of the Government and NGOs.

Qualifications and experience

  • At least 6 years of experience in the field of program M&E.
  • Understanding on MNH key indicators, HPNSP focus, and relevant district health system issues.
  • Ability to deal with maternal and newborn health HMIS of DGFP and DGHS.
  • Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of database concepts
  • Clear understanding on data for program management decision making.
  • Extensive experience in computer operation particularly, in MS Excel, SPSS / STATA.
  • S/he is expected to have demonstrated experience of working in MIS, data analysis and interpretation, especially at the field level.
  • Masters Degree, preferably in Statistics / Mathematics / Anthropology / Urban and Rural Planning or relevant discipline.

Contract length: Contractual (Up to April 2023)
