Assistant – Project Operations

The opportunity

The Assistant – Project Operations is responsible for providing efficient secretarial and administrative support for ongoing Child Protection projects (i.e. Comprehensive care, protection and education response for children affected by COVID-19 living in the brothels). S/he will Support to organize and coordinate meetings/workshop; prepare budget, organize venue, send invitations, and provide logistic support during the workshop/meeting. S/he will assist the Manager for drafting official documents, FD2. FD3 and FD6. S/he will ensure procurement of supplies/materials through the Procurement section of SCI. S/he will facilitate day-to-day communication with partners and SCI support services as required.

Qualifications and experience

  • At least 2 years working experience in administrative and secretarial support.
  • Excellent inter-personal communication skills, coordination skills, time management and filing skills.
  • Good English communication skills in both oral and written. Proficiency in Bangla typing will be added advantage.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in any relevant subject.

Contract length: Up to December 31, 2022

Job Location: Dhaka
