Terms & Condition

  1. "Anti-Bribery & Corruption: Save the Children suppliers/consultants must immediately report any suspicions of fraud or dishonesty in confidence to Risk and Compliance Director (abdullah.faruque@savethechildren.org) / Country Director through email."
  2. All suppliers/vendors must accept the child safeguarding policy of Save the Children.

  6. Last date of proposal submission: 09 June, 2022 within 2.00 PM. Ariba Connected vendors/firms are requested to submit using ProSave (Ariba Network). Unconnected vendors/firms should be submitted into the "Bid Box-1" kept in Ground Floor (Reception) at Save the Children Country fice, House- CWN (A) 35, Road- 43, Gulshan-2. Please mention on top of the envelop your proposed service & RFP number.
  7. All the technical and financial proposal must be submitted in response to TOR & RFP.

  9. "Payment: Payment will be made in 45 days through account payee cheque/EFT to the consultant/firm
    through 2 installments:
    * 1st installment (40%) will be made after submission of detail work plan as well as review literature, exploring tools and workshop conduction.
    * Second installment (60%) will be provided after completion of PSIAT development with pictorial/ illustrated images, operational guideline on PSIAT application and final submission of all deliverables. "
  10. SC reserves the right to accept or reject in part or full/one or all proposal without assigning any reason whatever.
