Executive Support Coordinator

The role

This position will be responsible for assisting the Country Director and SMT (Senior Management Team) members and overall management of the SMT Support functions. The incumbent will coordinate and arrange organizational regular meetings like SMT, ESMT and any other ad hoc meetings with high level SCI staff, visitors, donors, partners where SMT is significantly involved and follow up of meeting decisions. S/he will be coordinating and preparing regular country office reports to Region & the Center and presentations as assigned, providing ongoing administrative support to the Country Director, SMT and managing the calendars, events and travel arrangements of Country Director, SMT members and donors/visitors.

Qualifications and experience

  • At least 5 years relevant working experience with 3 years in Executive desk.
  • S/he should have ability to work under pressure and adjust to challenging working condition
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla and absolute discretion & willingness to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent report writing & documentation skills
  • Superb coordination skills
  • Detailed knowledge on standard secretarial and administrative services, especially in communication, calendar management, coordination & filing systems
  • Understanding on international development organization’s work environment and standards will be an advantage
  • Expertise in use of Project Management tools, MS Office; especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • MBA/Masters Degree, preferably in English/Public Administration or relevant discipline.
