Job Context:
SS Trade International, a reputed trading company, is looking for a dedicated and skilled female accountant to manage the company’s financial transactions, records, and reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and submit VAT and Tax returns in compliance with government regulations.
- Handle payroll processing and employee salary disbursement.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
- Ensure timely payment to suppliers and vendors.
- Collaborate with auditors during audits and prepare required documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company policies.
Employment Status:
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting.
- Experience in trading or a similar industry will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of VAT, Tax, and financial compliance in Bangladesh.
- Good command of English and Bangla (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
