Job Context
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Oversees Accounting department, budget preparation, and audit functions.
• Works with other department heads to monitor each department and make recommendations.
• As part of an executive management team, the CFO will have interaction with various members of the company, both senior and junior.
• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
• Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax and vat returns and governmental agency reports.
• Ensure regulatory compliances such as VAT-TAX, RJSC, Bangladesh Bank etc. for the organization.
• Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses, makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
• Reviews planning process and suggests improvements to current methods.
• Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.
• Works with the Management Body and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.
• Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share.
• Identifies opportunities for expansion into new product areas.
• Oversees investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.
• Providing strategic recommendations to the Reporting Boss and members of the executive management team.
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
• Establishing and developing relations with management and external partners and stakeholders.
• Reviewing all formal Finance, HR and IT related procedures.

Educational Requirements

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance.
• FCA is mandatory.

Experience Requirements
Not less than 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age limit 40 years to 50 years.
• Physically and mentally prepared for working in factory premises.
• Might be required to work prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to access various departments of a given location.
• Most Patient for works and prepared himself anytime works and meeting virtual and physical.

Required additional Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems, especially in SAP.
• Excellent Written, Oral and Verbal communication skills.
• Making Project profile and business forecasting for Venture Capital investment (local and international)
• Skilled Language in English.
• At least 6-8 years' experience in the manufacturing industry and managing a team.
• CFO must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organization and exercise sound judgement.
