Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE management. Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH Diploma, ASP, CSP, OSHA/ISO Standards, Fire Safety Training, etc.) are a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the field of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) preferably in power or heavy industry. Knowledge of OSHA, IFC/World Bank EHS Guidelines, and Bangladeshi HSE regulations. Strong communication and reporting skills. Certification in NEBOSH/IOSH will be an added advantage.

B. Sc.-Mechanical/ Electrical/ Environmental Science or civil or related field.

Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Coal Handling System Operation/experience as an Engineer in large Conveyor System for Cement or any other Industry.

B. Sc. - Mechanical

Minimum 4-5 years of experience working as I&C Engineer/ IT Engineer. Should have expertise on CCTV, Fire detection & alarm system & various communication protocols. Hands on experience in various PLC and DCS will be treated as advantage. Experience in Honeywell CCTV and Minimax fire detection system will get the preference.

B. Sc. - Electrical

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and support of the company's ERP system, also involves managing various business applications. In addition to ERP expertise, knowledge of web development and other software applications will be beneficial

M.Sc./B. Sc. – CSE/ETE or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience. responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure, including data centers, Windows Server environments, virtualization, and secure network setups.

M.Sc./B. Sc. – CSE/ETE or related field.

Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, MTCNA/MTCRE are preferred.
