Sr.Executive / Asst. Manager-Engineering (Sewing Machine Maintenance)

Major Duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical maintenance work of all sewing & finishing machines/equipment and operational works of process.
  
• Should have practical knowledge about the process and troubleshooting on denim garments sewing, finishing, and other machines properly.
  
• Must have practical knowledge of special machines, including different kinds of pocket setters (Vi.Be.mac, JAM, IMB), loop setters (JAM, Vi.Be.mac), J-stitch machines (Vi.Be.mac), APW machines (Juki, ASS), bottom hemming machines (Vi.Be.mac, Kansai), pocket hemming machines (JAM, Vi.Be.mac), label attaching machines (Vi.Be.mac), and repair stitch machines (Vitoni).
  
• Perform preventive and periodic maintenance of sewing machines with proper documentation and reporting.
  
• Prepare in advance line layouts, machine balancing, jigs, molds, and gauge settings according to production requirements.

Pre-requisite to apply:

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Below 40 years of age.
• Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skill.

Work Station: Square Denims Ltd. (Garments Unit), Factory at Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
