Executive – Compliance

Major Duties and responsibilities:

• Look after Compliance related activities of factory premises to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain effective industrial relations and ensure employees' Welfare, Health & Safety.
• Ensure Environmental Sustainability of the factory.
• Ensure required compliance in the factory premises as per buyer's code of conduct.
• Maintain effective public relations and liaison with regulatory bodies, local administrations of the government, law enforcement.

Pre-requisite to apply:                             

• Bachelor in HRM/ Management from any reputed institution.
• 1-5 years of experience in garment factory.
• Below 32 years of age.

•  Factory at Dubaliapara, Valuka, Mymensingh.
