Executive/Officer - Commercial (Export)
Prerequisite to apply:
- Graduation in Business Studies/Science related subject from Public/Private/National University.
- 2-3 years’ experience in relevant field.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
Major duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare shipping, goods clearing and payment obtain documents of various buyers.
- Communicate with Marketing & Merchandising department for obtaining PO sheet.
- Communicate with Production department for knowing/update actual delivery date and time.
- Arrange vehicles for carrying goods from factory to CFS.
- Place booking towards forwarder and chasing approval from forwarder and buyer as well
- Convince forwarder and shipping lines for accepting late cargo delivery.
- Communicate with buyers for LC or sales contract obtaining and change/include any shipping clauses (if needed).
- Chase buyers for overdue payment.
- Prepare and maintain all the export related documents and perform all the needful for cash incentives.
- Perform any other task assigned by Management.
