Managerial Position – Marketing & Merchandising

Major duties and responsibilities:

• Plan and develop marketing and merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and company's objectives as per the set plan of the organization.
• Set annual Team revenue target & drive to achieve the target.
• Should have knowledge on commercial process.
• Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to negotiate prices quantities and time scales.
• Supervise, coordinate and lead merchandising team independently and should have vast knowledge on woven garments.

Pre-requisite to apply:

• Educational Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation from Public or reputed Private University.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the woven garments (shirt) industry.
• Well organized, creative, result driven, team player.
