Managerial Position – Production (Cutting)

Major duties and responsibilities:

• Plan and control day-to-day operations of the cutting floor to ensure achievement of production targets.
• Verify cutting layout of individual style and adjust trough skilled operatives.
• Monitor hourly production and ensure correct method to meet the desired limit and quality.
• Drive QC team to make ready all feeding arrangement prior to the Cutting Bulk start date
• Maximize competitive advantage through lean practices by driving continuous improvement activities such 5S, housekeeping, cost reduction, process improvements, and corrective actions.

Work Station:
Factory: Bhaluka, Mymensingh

Pre-requisite to apply:

• Educational Qualification: Masters in any discipline or, B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, from any public/ reputed private university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the woven garments (shirt) industry.
