Senior Executive - Commercial (Export)

Prerequisite to apply:

• Graduation in Science/Business Studies related subject from Public/Private/National University.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Age: Maximum 40 years.

Major duties and responsibilities:

• To follow up and prepare all the export related documents of various buyers with clear concept on export procedures.
• Communicate with Marketing & Merchandising department, Shipping agents, C&F agents, Banks and different export authorities regarding official issues.
• To follow up payment claim through different channels.
• To collect sales confirmation, take any corrective action if required, make shipment plan and execute the relevant procedures.
• To communicate with forwarder regarding shipment approval, cutoff date etc.
• Have clear concept on BTB LC, CASH LC, UD & BTMA.
• Perform any other task assigned by Management.

Work Station: Head Office, Uttara, Dhaka.
