Surveyor

Prerequisite to apply:

  • Graduation from any Public/Private/National University
  • Course complete in Survey Diploma
  • 5-7 years’ experience in relevant field
  • Age: Maximum 35 years
  • Work Station: Head Office, Uttara, Dhaka
  • Willingness to travel frequently to factories of Square Textiles Division located in Gazipur, Mymensingh, Habigonj & Sylhet.

Major duties and responsibilities:

  • To determine the accurate position and measurements of company’s lands.
  • To perform all jobs related to land registration as well as demarcation.
  • Performing mathematical calculations to determine and confirm surveying measurements.
  • Conduct field investigations to locate property corners, establish boundary lines and verify the accuracy of existing survey data.
  • Conduct land surveys to identify property boundaries, topographical features and other key details.
  • To perform any other task as and when required by the management.
