Senior Executive/Executive-Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)

Prerequisite to apply:

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from any Public or reputed Private University
  • 3-5 years’ experience in any reputed fabric manufacturing factory
  • Age: Maximum 35 years.
  • Work Station: Olipur, Shayestaganj, Habigonj.

Major duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating and planning daily maintenance and repair activities, job allocation, job flow and job scheduling and manpower allocation for day to day operations.
  • Plan and execute schedule maintenance of process machinery, utility machinery and QC machinery
  • Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the plant/machinery and take corrective measures.
  • Supervision and execution of erection and commissioning of machinery along with measuring the performance of mechanical components, devices and engines for ensuring required performance
  • Solve problems in a timely manner and to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Measuring the performance of mechanical components, devices and engines
  • Electrical safety compliance and remediation works with enough experience to handle all type of Audit like RSC (Accord), Nirapon (Alliance) and others
  • Electrical safety execution and prepare conformity assessment report as per national and international applicable standards (BNBC, NFPA, Alliance and Accord standards). Take corrective action and preventive action as per conformity assessment report.
  • Must have clear knowledge about Substation, Generator, Boiler, Air compressor etc.
