SQUARE APPARELS LIMITED a concern of SQUARE TEXTILES DIVISION is looking for highly competent candidates for the following competitive position:

AGM/DGM, Quality Assurance

Major Duties and responsibilities:

• Everyday monitoring section wise DHU size set planning and fulfill the buyer requirements.
• Ensuring that organizational processes are effectively carried out on a day-to-day basis.
• Maintaining cut to ship ratio 99% base on cutting.
• Prepare QMS system for the factory.
• Develop strategies, systems and structures to achieve the quality vision and mission.
• Ensuring the safety & legality of the product for the buyers.
• Facilitates and leads team efforts to establish and monitor customer/supplier relations.
• Planning and managing quality department activities in accordance with agreed upon budget and timeline.
• Creating yearly T & A calendar for quality in alignment with overall product development.
• Maintain relation with Department of Environment and other local authority.

Pre-requisite to apply:

• Graduation from any discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in Quality Department of any reputed woven garments factory.

Job Location: SQUARE Apparels Ltd. (Garments Unit) factory at Mamarishpur, Bhaluka.
