Executive, Human Resources

Major Duties and responsibilities:

• Contribute in HR planning and facilitating recruitment process.
• Conduct TNA, prepare training calendar and organize training & development programs.
• Perform in formulating HR Policies in compliance within legal and regulatory framework.
• Organize & coordinate annual performance appraisal process.
• Manage database for attendance related matters.
• Design, review, update organization's organogram.

Pre-requisite to apply:

• MBA in Human Resource Management from any reputed university.
• Masters with PGDHRM may be considered.
• 3 to 5 year(s).
• Below 32 years of age.
• Must have strong presentation & communication skill.
• Strong MS Excel competency.
• Relevant computer applications knowledge and familiar with HRIS applications.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Job Location: SQUARE Apparels Ltd. (Garments Unit) factory at Mamarishpur, Bhaluka.
