POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER (PM) / PROJECT IN-CHARGE

Job Location

• Dhaka (Gulshan / Banani / purbachal / uttara).

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc. (Civil Engineering) with good academic record preferably from public university or reputed Private university.
• Diploma (Civil Engineering) with good academic record preferably from public polytechnic institute.

Core Requirements

• Good leadership and communication Sklll for efficient project management
• Able to enforce and maintain safety protocols meeting or exceeding industry standard.
• Experience in high-rise residential / commercial building with basement floor(s).
• Experience in Civil Construction work and high quality finishing vmrks.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Power Point, MS EXCEL, MS WORD.
• Estimating scheduling of the project.
• Capability Of good co-ordination With other departments to uphold progress schedule and timely Handover Of project.

Experience Requirements

• At least 07 year(s) experience for B.SC Engineers in reputable real estate/construction company.
• At least 12 year(s) experience for Diploma Engineers in reputable real estate company.

Age

• Above 30
