Spacezero Ltd owner of "Simpletree" brand is interested in recruiting competent engineers to fill leadership roles in premium Hi-rise Commercial / Hospitality / Residential projects.

Job Description / Responsibility

Act as Head of the Site Team of the CONSULTANT.
Assisting the Project Director after consultation with the team leader related to the project activities as required.
Attend meetings as and when required.
Attend the site regularly.
Lead the CONSULTANT team working at the site and bear the responsibility.
Supervision of regular works and work progress and quality control as per tender specification.
Conduct regular inspections at construction sites to ensure compliance with CONTRACT requirements, and quality standards and according to the other approved documents.
Providing progress reports as per Project Director`s requirement.
Providing technical assistance.
Verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction methods against project requirements.
Identify, document, and communicate construction defects and quality issues to Management and Contractors.
Assume and suggest any additional requirements or not required items of facilities.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Electrical in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering
Skills Required: AutoCAD, Erp software, Email Communications, Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
