Position summary   Manager – Finance Department is responsible to manage the company’s finance and accounts and is responsible for financial reporting. Assess financial risks and opportunities, set and track financial goals, objectives and manage budgets.The incumbent is primarily responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining country legislation and compliance.
Responsibilities
  • Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
  • Providing strategic recommendations to the General Manager and members of the executive management team
  • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
  • Advising on long-term business and financial planning
  • Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
  • Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
  • Supervise all finance personnel Manage vendor relationships
  • Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
  • Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
  • Ensure compliance with the local law and company’s policies
  • Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; Master Degree/MBA is a plus
  • CPA is a strong advantage
  • At least 5 years' experience in the finance industry and managing a team is a must
  • Knowledge about financial management at locally registered foreign company would be an advantage
  • Performing risk management by analysing the company’s liabilities and investments
  • Advance knowledge on local taxation for company and employee
