Job Description / Responsibility

Video Creation & Editing

  • Produce, edit, and optimize video content for YouTube, TikTok, and other social media channels.
  • Perform color correction, audio cleanup, and incorporate text, transitions, or basic effects.
  • Utilize AI-driven video editing or automation tools where beneficial.

AI Integration & Utilization

  • Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, such as automated editing, content scripting, and data analysis.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI applications that could enhance our content creation, marketing, or administrative processes.
  • Provide recommendations on new AI-driven strategies to improve engagement and efficiency.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar, scheduling posts and video releases.
  • Monitor and respond promptly to social media inquiries and comments.
  • Use AI-powered analytics to track performance metrics and refine content strategies.

Personal Assistant Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
  • Handle email correspondence, invoice tracking, and other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for business-related queries via WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.

Creative Collaboration & Strategy

  • Brainstorm new ideas for videos, social media posts, and marketing strategies suited to Western audiences.
  • Work with external freelancers or internal teams, potentially integrating AI in design or text generation tasks.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital content.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze social media engagement to identify growth opportunities.
  • Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights and AI-based analyses.
  • Optimize content for various devices and platforms.

  • [University of Dhaka, North South University, BRAC University, East West University, Bangladesh Army International University of Science & Technology(BAIUST),Comilla ]students will get preference
  • Skills Required: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Microsoft PowerPoint, Problem Solving, Adobe Photoshop, Self motivated, Final Cut Pro, Fluent in English Speaking, Artificial intelligence (AI), Video content creating, ChatGPT
