Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka, a 5-Star Hotel in Dhaka, Bangladesh; is being operated by Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Singapore and a member of the Global Hotel Alliance encompassing over 450 upscale and luxury hotels & resorts globally.

We are inviting applications from Bangladeshi Nationals for the following position of the Sales & Marketing Department. The candidates must fulfill the following criteria to qualify for the position:

Responsibility:

Graphics Designer shall be the sole responsible for the execution and management of the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos as well as shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and all relevant collaterals of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka. The incumbent has to perform the following duties but not limited to, as follows:

• Create and Design various materials for digital & print according to the Corporate Brand Guidelines.
• Collaborate with ADPRM/PRM to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the organization.
• Work closely with PRM to design & develop all Social Media platforms including Facebook, Linked In, Instagram in terms of Digital Media Marketing.
• Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project to the corporate Brand Guideline
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval according to the Brand Guideline.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software according to the corporate Brand Guideline.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as and when required as per policy.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design according to the corporate Brand Guideline.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop according to the corporate Brand Guideline and suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Any other lawful assignment given by the competent authority as and when requirement basis.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate from any reputed and recognized University with Diploma in Graphics Design/Fine Arts. Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) in Graphics Design will get preference.
• Minimum 05 (five) years of practical working experience in the Graphics Designing section of a Reputed Organization preferably a leading 4 or 5 Star Hotel or Hospitality Industry.
• Ability to design digital media creatives for social media posts, website, banners, blogs, advertisements, infographics, brochures, leaflets, print media, gift items etc., as required by the organization as per Pan Pacific Corporate Guidelines and to establish an amicable relationship with all clients, customers and guests of the Hotel.
• Not more than 32 (thirty-two) years of age as of Last date of submitting the application.
• Age & Experience limit may be relaxed for extraordinary candidates as per the discretion of the Management.

Other Requirements:

• Presentable personality, well groomed, courteous and excellent inter-personal relationship skills.
• Fluent in spoken & written English and Bangla as well as very good in listening. Other language proficiency will be counted as an added advantage.
• Good Knowledge & working ability in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress and Illustrator etc.
• Should have international Business decorum/ethics.
• Should have a “Can Do Attitude”.
• Confident to work independently with minimum supervision and ready to work extra hours irrespective of duty schedule.
