Sales Operation manager(SOM)/ Natioanal Sales Manager(NSM)

Job Responsibilities
The Sales Operations Manager will provide strategic input, regional oversight, process improvement, and tactical development of Sales and Marketing Operations at the company. You will need to be detail, process, and customer experience focused on meeting the needs of growing and dynamic marketing and sales teams by creating efficiency and improvements. This position demands a high-level understanding of processes that guide a successful sales operations organization as well as critical thinking competencies.
- Sales strategy - Actively identify the most effective, scalable opportunities to address issues and opportunities. Translate into actionable goals with supporting activities for each; implement dashboards/reports/tracking
- Forecasting and benchmarking - work with Finance, Marketing, and Sales leadership to lead top-down and bottom-up forecasting; build benchmarks, trending, analysis. Partner with SVP to hold sales leadership team accountable to forecasts and organizational processes
- Sales Automation - lead efforts to fix and improve CRM configuration and support of revenue, lead tracking, forecasting.
- Territory, goal, and incentives design - Serve as a single point of contact coordinating with Finance, HR, and sales leaders to design territories, roles, and incentives (including annual plans as well as trips, campaign incentives, non-monetary incentives, etc.) to increase commercial outcomes/achieve company strategy
- Own lead reporting and tracking, campaign ROI, lead follow-up tracking
- Develop sales operations program models to estimate and track actual leads, opportunities, and bookings for the marketing and sales programs
- Sales technology management - establish requirements for Sales technology; assist with design and integration; improvement of solutions over time
- Identify new markets, do research on the market size and keep an eye on the latest trends, innovations, and technologies used to ensure sales success
- Be a gatekeeper to the frontline - throttling efforts when the organization is asking too much/may be asking or something that could negatively affect the frontline's ability to focus/perform
- Work closely with the sales force & monitor their day performance, train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level.
- Explore new markets & ensure maximum outputs from the existing markets through close monitoring of return every customers.

Post Graduate / Graduate / BBA / MBA from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10-15 years experience.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Multinational Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Requirements
- Candidates who worked in FMCG company will get preferences
