Executive/ Senior executive,  Finance & Accounts

Number of Position: 7

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Monitoring accounts receivable and payable
  • Perform routine accounting jobs like voucher entry, bill booking, cash handling, party payments etc.
  • Analysis of all the expenditure and give weekly and monthly report to the Management
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly accounts
  • Maintain proper banking transaction and prepare monthly reconciliation statement
  • Should have competency on computer based accounting system & advanced knowledge in Excel.
  • Ensure timely payment of various bills
  • Reconciliation of accounts ledger of various parties
  • To verify bill, voucher, supplier ledger, utility bill register, advance register cash book & other subsidiary ledgers.
  • Timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions in line with organizational system
  • Develop and regularly update accounting system for proper record keeping
  • Check salary sheet and disburse monthly salary to the employees
  • Maintain and develop interdepartmental good relation and communication
  • To perform any other job as per requirement.

Educational Requirements
Post Graduation  in Accounting or Finance or relevant degree from a reputed public / private university.

Experience Requirements

  • Fresher also encourage to apply.
  • At least 2-4 years experience
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Accounts, Finance, Cash Management in any FMCG company

Job Requirements

  • Should have competencies on problem solving, decision making, planning, organizing, leadership and team work.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with strong accounting software experiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office(expert in MS Excel)  and practical experience on ERP & advance software
  • Friendly and flexible personality.
