Job Responsibilities

• Lead a Team to Sell all products (Plot, Flats, Commercial Spaces & Lift) of Sobuj Saya Abashon Ltd. Achieve company's goal through Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Database Marketing and Tele Marketing.
• Respond to the clients; query at office and over telephone.
• Collect booking money and down payment from the new clients
• Provide the clients the payment schedule (subject to managements approval)
• Coordinate with Collection and Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
• Providing support on occasions of promotional events.
• Correspondence with site about status of project
• Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of project
• Do all kinds of needful (To Take Appropriate Steps)

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Candidate must be a Graduate (preferably BBA/ MBA in Marketing) from any reputed university. Candidates having working experience in the top-rated companies in the relevant field are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Age 20 - 35 Years
• Should be a computer literate.
