Job Responsibilities

• Lead a Team to Sell all products (Plot,Flats,Commercial Spaces & Lift) of Sobujsaya Abashon Ltd. Achieve company's goal through Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Database Marketing and Tele Marketing.
• Respond to the clients; query at office and over telephone.
• Collect booking money and down payment from the new clients
• Provide the clients the payment schedule (subject to managements approval)
• Coordinate with Collection and Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
• Providing support on occasions of promotional events.
• Correspondence with site about status of project
• Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of project
• Do all kinds of needful to meet individual and team sales target.

Educational Requirements

• Candidate must be a Graduate (preferably BBA/ MBA in Marketing) from any reputed university. Candidates having working experience in the top rated companies in the relevant field are strongly encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 35 years
• Having 2 years of working experience in similar position.
• Should be a computer literate.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Sales
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate/ Developer
