Request for Proposals for
External Audit of SNV Bangladesh Projects

SNV Netherlands Development Organisation is an international development organisation with its head office in The Hague, The Netherlands. SNV is presently working in 29 Countries in Asia, Latin America, Africa and East Europe. SNV Bangladesh is registered with NGO Affair’s Bureau since 2006. SNV has been working in Bangladesh in the sectors of agriculture, renewable energy and WASH. 

SNV generally arranges annual audits for its on-going projects through an external audit firm to examine whether the financial management in its projects maintain good standards and review fairness of the accounting transactions and records. In addition, SNV would like to examine whether project expenses are in line with the donor contract, planned activities and approved budgets.

Presently, the following projects are being implemented by SNV in Bangladesh:

We attached herewith a detail ToR for the audit assignment. We request proposals from the audit company from Big 4 (KPMG, EY, PwC, Deloitte) , BDO and other International listed Audit firms to provide expected services as per the attached ToR. We request you to submit separate technical and financial proposals to bangladesh@snv.org latest by 5 pm of  December 10, 2020.
