SMC Enterprise Ltd has a vacancy for the following permanent position for its Quality Assurance Division at Bhaluka, Mymensingh:

Position: Additional/ Deputy General Manager, Quality Assurance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, organize and implement all departmental activities to smooth running of Quality Control and Quality Assurance & Product Development (Pharma) operations.
• Develop & implement Quality Management System, lead QA/QC/PD team, conduct audits, analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement through collaboration & reporting.
• Implement the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), requirements of DGDA and ISO in the Factory.
• Ensure that the products meet predetermined standard of Quality and Safety to maintain the highest Quality Standard in our own, contract and toll manufacturing sites.
• Management of Market complaints and ensure corrective action to reduce product complaints.
• Implementation of Change control, Deviation control and Risk analysis.
• Ensure in time release or reject of In-coming materials and Products.
• New product development and determine the shelf life of the products.
• Maintain and ensure System Applications and Products (SAP) in the QA operation.
• Monitor and ensure the vendor selection procedure.
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s in Chemistry/Bio-Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Pharmacy
• At least 15 years of relevant experience where 5 years as HoD
• Age maximum 50 years
• Must have leadership capabilities
• Decision Making, Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and Excel is essential
• Good communication skills both in English and Bangla
