SMC Enterprise Ltd has a vacancy for the following position for Head Office:

POSITION TITLE: SENIOR MANAGER, DISTRIBUTION SALES

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform market analysis for direct coverage increase and market expansion.
  
• Formulate strategies & plans and implement those through distributors.
  
• Identify, recruit and on-board new distributors.
  
• Guide, track, and manage distributor performance to ensure the achievement of revenue targets.
  
• Ensure training of the distributors and their sales team for continuous improvements in capability, knowledge, customer service, performance and profitability.
  
• Prepare budgets and manage expenses within the budgets.
  
• Cancel the distributorship whenever necessary.
  
• Any other task assigned by the management.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  
• 10 years of experience in managing Large Scale Distributors and Sales Force
  
• Age at most 50 years. Age may be relaxed for exceptionally deserving candidates
  
• Flexible to travel extensively
  
• Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Bengali
  
• Advance level knowledge of MS Excel
  
• Proficiency in Power BI will be preferable
