SMC Enterprise Ltd has a vacancy for the following permanent position for Head Office:

POSITION TITLE: SENIOR EXECUTIVE, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Sr. Manager, Distribution Sales in designing effective distribution setups by identifying market gaps.
  • Assist and coordinate with the field team in establishing Sales Office bases and/or Distribution points to ensure proper setup and coverage.
  • Conduct route and market wise analysis and track growth to ensure targeted growth.
  • Update the field team and assist in restructuring service modalities based on route potential.
  • Visit field, gather feedback from distributors & retailers and address the issues to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collect feedback from the Sales Team regarding the operation of the Sales app and coordinate with the ICT Department to resolve issues.
  • Maintain and update nationwide database of outlets, routes, distributors, SRs, TSOs and SOs in line with the Management guidelines.
  • Review distributor and sales team performance regularly against KPIs and ensure that KPIs are aligned with company targets.
  • Assist to organize sales meetings and conferences, address operational issues and share training requirements with the Sales Training Manager.
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Master’s in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of sales experience with at least 1 year of experience in back-office of Sales Team in Head Office.
  • Age maximum 40 years.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills to prepare and present sales reports.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
