SMC Enterprise Ltd. has vacancy for the following position for Sales Division:

Position Title: Sr./Manager, Institutional Sales & Export

 

Responsibilities:

Institutional sales related responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve institutional sales targets
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry products, competitors, and market conditions
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics

Export related responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute international sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Identify and target new markets and business opportunities in South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with international partners
  • Coordinate and oversee the export process, including shipping, documentation, and customs clearance
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and resolve any issues that arise
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in export markets

General responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions and other cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and achieve operational efficiency
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key institutional and export clients and distributors
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor

Qualification and Experience:

  • Masters in any discipline, MBA will be preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience with minimum 3 years in managerial level
  • Maximum 45 years of age
  • Experience in dealing with government bodies, NGOs and International Trade regulations
