1. Select and Monitor Distributors (DB)
2. DB wise target achievement
3. Supervise Sales Representatives (SR) for outlet coverage, merchandising & sales growth
4. Collect market information, generate idea and time to time reporting
5. Time to time check distributors go-down and party stock for proper distribution

Qualification and Experience:

1. Masters in any discipline from recognized university
2. At least 3 years of working experience in similar role
3. Maximum 34 years of age
4. Should have good communication skills
5. Target oriented with a 'can do' attitude
6. Mindset to work in any location
7. Must have valid driving license and must know motor bike driving
