SMC Enterprise Limited, a large, well-reputed organization involved in the sales, marketing, and production of health, consumer and pharmaceutical products, is looking for an experienced, matured and self driven candidate for the following position. The position will be based at the Head Office, Banani, Dhaka:

POSITION TITLE: Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plan for Pharma OTC products, Male/Female Contraceptives or any assigned products from ground up
• Analyze, develop and execute pricing model to optimize profitability
• Develop innovative marketing strategies for product launch
• Launch Pharma OTC products; Male/Female contraceptive or any assigned products.
• Manage all marketing activities including regulatory affairs of assigned portfolio.
• Work with advertising agencies from idea generation to execution
• Prepare brand plan, promotional campaign, annual marketing plan with budgets
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establish distribution network and develop distribution strategies
• Plan, design and implement promotional campaigns, identify new business opportunities and other marketing activities
• Coordinate with Sales Division to determine strategies and plans linked with distribution, promotional materials and other associated activities

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• MBBS/M-Pharm/B-Pharm from reputed university, having MBA degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading pharmaceutical companies.
• Minimum 30 years of age
• Strong planning, development, analytical and presentation skill
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali
