SMC Enterprise Ltd has a vacancy for the following position for Head Office:
POSITION TITLE: NATIONAL SALES MANAGER, PHARMA (RE-ADVERTISEMENT)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve growth and exceed sales targets through effective management of sales team.
- Develop annual sales plan, achieve target, control expense, and expand market as per business plan.
- Streaming processes, policies, systems and sales administrative function.
- Provide forecasts for each product, territory and calculate the operating costs of the sales force.
- Establish performance monitoring tools to maximize productivity of sales team.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports and give feedback to Head of Sales & Marketing, Pharma.
- Visit markets & meet with potential customers (Doctors and Chemists) across the country frequently and exchange ideas to obtain feedback on the movement of products and business opportunity.
- Organize and provide training to field sales forces for ensuring quality presentation/detailing in front of the customers.
- Assist in recruiting, setting objectives and performance enhancement plan of field sales force.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Masters in any discipline from any reputed University
- Minimum 12 years of experience in pharmaceuticals sales
- Having working experience at national level will get preference
- Maximum 50 years of age
- Excellent Communication skills, Planning, Development, Selling skills and Analytical thinking
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (particularly in word, power point, excel)
- Willing to travel frequently
