SMC Enterprise Ltd has a vacancy for the following position for Head Office:

POSITION TITLE: NATIONAL SALES MANAGER, PHARMA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve growth and exceed sales targets through effective management of sales team.
  • Develop annual sales plan, achieve target, control expense, and expand market as per business plan.
  • Streaming processes, policies, systems and sales administrative function.
  • Provide forecasts for each product, territory and calculate the operating costs of the sales force.
  • Establish performance monitoring tools to maximize productivity of sales team.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports and give feedback to Head of Sales & Marketing, Pharma.
  • Visit markets & meet with potential customers (Doctors and Chemists) across the country frequently and exchange ideas to obtain feedback on the movement of products and business opportunity.
  • Organize and provide training to field sales forces for ensuring quality presentation/detailing in front of the customers.
  • Assist in recruiting, setting objectives and performance enhancement plan of field sales force.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Masters in any discipline from any reputed University
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in pharmaceuticals sales
  • Having working experience at national level will get preference
  • Maximum 50 years of age
  • Excellent Communication skills, Planning, Development, Selling skills and Analytical thinking
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (particularly  in word, power point, excel)
  • Willing to travel frequently
