POSITION TITLE: MARKETING MANAGER (HEAD OF CATEGORY)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute launching plan, marketing brief, brand strategies, packaging design, layout, launching of new campaign for assigned brands.
  • Analyze, develop and execute strategic marketing plan, pricing model to optimize profitability.
  • Work with advertising agencies from idea generation to execution.
  • Prepare brand plan, annual marketing plan with budgets.
  • Plan, design and implement promotional campaigns and other marketing activities.
  • Guide the team in achieving marketing objectives and maintaining strong professional liaison with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Sales Division to determine strategies and plans linked with distribution, promotional materials and other associated activities.
  • Assist Divisional Head to grow assigned brands and achieving departmental objectives.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • MBA in Marketing, preferably from leading public or private university
  • At least 8 years experience in FMCG Marketing
  • Age at most 40 years
  • Strong Planning & Strategic Skills
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in both English and Bengali
  • Excellent presentation and analytical skills
  • Advance skills in business applications (MS Office Suite)
