Social Marketing Company, a large well reputed not-for-profit company, involved in implementing Health and Family Planning programs throughout the country, wishes to recruit the following position. The company seeks a talented and aspiring candidate who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to the efforts to reach the company’s goal. The tenure of the position is initially for two years but may be extended upon satisfactory performance of the candidate.

POSITION TITLE: Manager, Blue Star Program

Job Summary:
The incumbent will assist the Head of Training & Service Delivery in planning, organizing and implementing all program related activities to expand the Blue Star Program as well as ensuring the quality of care. S/he will be also responsible to develop, review and update training curriculums, conduct TOT, ensure implementation of quality training programs at the field level, organize and conduct Regional meeting of the Blue Star Providers and ensure compliance with all Company policies. In addition, s/he will provide guidance to the field operation team to monitor the Blue Star outlets effectively as well as other activities of the program division, focusing service delivery and training.

Qualification & Experience:

MBBS/MSS, preferably with an advanced degree in public health.
At least 7-8 years working experience in public health sector, especially in designing and
Implementing Family Planning/Health related projects at field level.
Experience to work with GoB or NGOs and experience to design and develop networking of the public health professionals.
Skilled in Health Program designing, monitoring and supervision.
Skilled in good facilitation, communication, networking and team building.

This is a Head Office based position but frequent field visit is required.
