Social Marketing Company, a large well-reputed not-for-profit organization involved in the implementation of health and family planning programs wishes to recruit the following professionals. POSITION TITLE: Program Officer, Training and Service Delivery - 12 nos.

Location :  Anywhere in Bangladesh

Job Summary:

This is a contractual position and will be recruited initially for 2 years. The incumbent will be responsible for field level implementation and monitoring of SMC’s Network of private sector Health Providers. S/he will be implementing field level activities of Blue Star, Green Star and Pink Star Program through private sector health care providers. The Program Officer, Training and Service Delivery will be actively involved in the selection process of new service providers, organizing training sessions, monitoring their activities and ensuring required logistics for them.

Qualification and experience:

  • Candidates should have master degree in any discipline
  • S/he should have at least three years experience in monitoring and supervision of different health and relevant field.
  • Preference will be given to the candidates who are experienced in Health Network marketing.
  • The candidates should be willing to undertake extensive field travel with motorcycle and public transport.
  • The candidates should have valid motorcycle driving license.
  • Computer literacy is also required for the position.
