Kormo Jobs by Google (On behalf of the local partner, Skycon Solutions) is looking to hire for
the position of "Sr. Executive, Telesales". The individual should have around 2 years of telesales
experience, be adaptable enough to work in a tight knit team, comfortable representing his/her
company to potential clients, and operating within time, budget and scope constraints to achieve
results. Finally, the candidate must be willing to learn and grow in line with Google standards.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for
our company. He/She will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining
good customer relationships.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Make outgoing customer calls or cold calls to convey our service. Inquire to identify customer requirements and close sales. Take incoming customer calls, process sales
- Listen to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales. Have patience and ability to
engage customers in conversation and follow through on the deal
- Consistently make a good first impression when calling leads. Engage potential
customers in dialogue that opens opportunities
- Maintaining a list of potential leads and following up with those customers by making
subsequent sales pitches
- Negotiate sales and address any concerns/reservations of potential customers
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- 2 years’ experience in Telesales
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Google
Sheet/MS Excel
- High level of professionalism, including punctuality and reliability
