SIS is a co-educational and diverse institution founded in 2012, the school offers classes from Playgroup to A Level. Our school campus is located at Gulshan-2 in the diplomatic area of Dhaka.


HR executives are responsible for managing the entire human resource department of an organization. key responsibilities are:

  • Hiring and Talent Acquisition: To create job descriptions, screen candidates for suitability, and conduct interviews and reference checks.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee grievances, conduct investigations, and act as an intermediary between employees and management.
  • Staff Training and Development: They design and implement training programs to help employees improve their skills, and provide ongoing support for professional development.
  • Compensations and Benefits: They ensure that the organization's benefits package is competitive and aligns with its goals and strategies. They also manage employee compensation and performance appraisal processes.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: They ensure that the organization is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, such as labor laws, anti-discrimination laws, and data protection regulations. They also manage various HR-related risks, such as employee turnover, performance issues, and organizational change.
  • Corporate Culture and HR Policy Development: They design and develop HR policies that align with the organization's mission and values, and promote a positive company culture that supports employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Talent Management: They develop and implement talent management strategies that help the organization identify, nurture, and retain top talent, and help employees reach their full potential. These are some extra responsibilities of an HR executive, and the specific duties may vary depending on the need of the organization.

 Skill and Experience: 

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management. Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management will be advantageous.
  • Job experience at least 2 year (s) to 3 years.
  • Age at least 28 years.
  • Must be a good team player.
  • The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality.
  • Proficient in MS Office Package.
  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
  • Good inter-personal & communication skills.
  • Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource.
  • Applicants must have good English efficiency.
