Job Description / Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote solar EPC services.
  • Identify, approach, and generate leads from industrial and commercial clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
  • Coordinate with the core engineering and management teams for technical and commercial alignment.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare marketing reports and track performance against KPIs.
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to represent the company.

Employment Status: FullTime

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in EEE or related engineering field (Preferred).
  • Skills Required: Solar energy, Project Documentation, CRM Software, EPC projects, MS Office

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Business Development, Sales and Marketing

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in power sector.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently outside of Dhaka for business development purposes
  • Proven track record of achieving sales/lead generation targets.
  • Strong understanding of solar power systems (Rooftop, Ground-Mounted, IPP, ESS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in presenting technical services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and management teams.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
  • Prior experience with EPC companies or solar developers.
  • Knowledge of net metering, PPA, and regulatory environment in the solar sector.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary: Negotiable
