Sika is a specialty chemicals company with a leading position in the development and production of systems and products for bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing, and protecting in the building sector and motor vehicle industry. Sika has subsidiaries in 100 countries around the world and manufactures in over 300 factories.

As a subsidiary, Sika Bangladesh has started it's journey since 2017 officially. From 2nd December, 2018 Sika Bangladesh has established it's branch office at Banani, Dhaka. Sika Bangladesh services direct customers - concrete producers, consultants, contractors and distributors - and stays close to them via our technical sales, marketing & technical support team.

We are looking for a smart, energetic, skilled and career oriented enthusiastic individuals for this division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the Sika’s products and maintain service standards to the distribution market as well as retail market.
• Responsible for creating new retail channel and retail market update.
• To prepare sales plan and secure orders for Sika’s products, solutions, and services, and to achieve the annual sales and income target as assigned by the company.
• Develop new wholesaler, retail shoppe and coordinate or provide technical support including sample for testing, do follow-up work from sample to commercialization (if any).
• Perform market survey, monitor competitor’s activity when necessary.
• Proactively investigate & regularly update market intelligence relating to assigned product and business area and keep Department Manager informed.
• Identify new potential business and product lines for further development.
• Know-how of Concrete Technology and Product Chemistry
• Maintain contact with local government establishments such as LGED, PWD, DPHE, RHD etc.
