Job Title: Asst. Manager (Electrical Maintenance Engineering)

Job Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing electrical systems for various industrial applications in the Lubricants & Polymer manufacturing process. Oversee the electrical maintenance activities within the organization, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical & Mechanical systems and equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Lead a team of electrical maintenance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and skill development.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of electrical systems to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities that minimize impact on overall operations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements in electrical maintenance processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements in all maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory of spare parts.
- Prepare reports on electrical maintenance performance, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Any Other jobs assigned by the management.
Employment Status: Full-time.
Educational Requirements:
B.Sc/M.Sc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from any reputed Public/ Private University.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 year(s) working experience in manufacturing unit of any reputed manufacturing industry with related job responsibilities as required.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, Electrical, Electrical Maintenance, Fire safety Management, PLC Programming, Six Sigma.
- The applicants should have sound knowledge in advanced level MS office program.

- Age: 30 -35 years.

- Proficiency in computer-aided design CAD/SOLIDWORKS software and maintenance management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
