Job Responsibilities

• Must be target oriented & have to achieve main objectives of the business.
• Motivating the sales team to exceed the target.
• Prepare sales budget & control.
• Develops and implements strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve the objectives and setting performance goals accordingly.
• Set the quarterly and yearly item/segment wise strategic sales target of the sales team and achieve by monitoring his team strongly.
• To monitor the sales team by setting up of strategic sales target and providing the proper guidance on daily basis.
• Identifies sales opportunities, consumer requirements, competitor's share, strengths, weaknesses and coordinate after sales service issues for customers with service team.
• Conduct sales meeting with customer & sales team.
• Collect report on sales performance against target and report to management on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
• Ensure excellent communication with customer for any technical clarification, when is required.
• Able to independent and creative thinker to produce new ideas and concepts.
• To monitor and close follow-up on customer for collection.
• To maintain all communication with customer and developing strong relationship while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• To coordinate with production and quality assurance departments in addressing customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Set monthly/quarterly/yearly target to create segment wise new potential customer at new/existing market by keeping existing customer and duly monitor to achieve.
• Ensure market development through visiting periphery area all over the country.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Identify the business opportunities.
• Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple business issue.
• Any other Job assigned by the management.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements      

• Masters degree in any discipline
• BBA/MBA in marketing will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 12 years with at least 5 years experience in Managerial position in respected field.
