Post: Executive/Sr. Executive - Logistics

Job Responsibilities

  • All necessary works to run the warehouse effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure overall distribution, logistics, collection, vehicle, transport and store management systems.
  • Able to use computer packages to monitor stock levels, order and re-order of goods when necessary, and track the movement of goods/vehicle.
  • Distribute as per sales order, collect money as per invoice or acknowledgement receipts and receive incoming materials as per Challan.
  • Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up.
  • Coordinate with Order Management & Sales Department to ensure supply right item to right location at right time.
  • Develop and confirming distribution schedules and routes.
  • Prepare Product wise daily weekly and monthly statement and as and when required.
  • Maintain Petty Cash, Attendance Register, Stock Register, Vehicle Log Book and Staff Status.
  • Cost effective strategically plan, manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
  • Maintain liaise with Factory Representatives, Order Management team and logistics staff for outstanding performance.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
  • Arrange warehouse, sort goods, plan routes and process right delivery.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
  • Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple problems.
  • Perform any other related work assigned by the management.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

  • Graduate from any discipline, BBA in Supply Chain Management will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • 4 to 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management.

  • Age 29 to 35 years

  • Sound knowledge on MS Excel, MS Word and Tally.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently and handle multiple works.
  • Must have good communication, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Highly positive, self-motivated energetic and can do attitude.
