Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily production and maintenance operations for Injection Molding & Blow Molding Machines integrated with Robotic Systems.
- Ensure production targets are met with efficiency, quality, and minimum downtime.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement effective production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Plan, execute and ensure efficient operation of all machinery and equipment through preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules Monitor quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to molding machines, robots, and utilities.
- Maintain machine performance logs and production reports.
- Train and supervise technical staff to ensure high operational standards.
- Coordinate with QC, Store, and Planning departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead and train production teams to achieve productivity and safety targets.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in the production floor.
- Maintain compliance with health and environmental standards.
- Report to senior management regarding production performance, challenges, and KPIs.
Educational Requirements:
- B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
- 5 Years working experience for Assistant Manager and 10 Years working experience for Manager Position in relevant experience in plastic manufacturing or similar industries with at least 3 years in a leadership role in production & maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in Injection & Blow Molding machine operations and robotic automation.
- Hands-on experience in maintenance & troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion processes.
- Sound understanding of factory utilities, automation systems, and maintenance planning.
- Proficient in reporting, planning, and team leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
