We are looking for some dynamic and motivated young professionals for Siemens Healthcare Ltd. for the following position.

Position Name: HR Business Partner

Division / Business Unit : Human Resource

Implement the local HR Strategy and HR initiatives and advise and support the management.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement appropriate actions for HR strategy.
  • Develop strategic workforce planning for the business taking diversity aspects into consideration.
  • Maintain, develop and advise management regarding general HR topics, company policies and processes, based on local regulations.
  • Support business for resource allocation and responsible for the management of related budget planning and HR reporting.
  • Drive effective implementation of overall HR activities (e.g. recruitment, people development, employee relations, organizational development, compensation & benefits and change).
  • Must have sufficient experience in managing employee benefit funds (e.g. PF, Gratuity, WPPF etc.) of the company.
  • Must have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and will be responsible for employee grievances and union related matters.
  • Must be able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders of the company.
  • Perform day-to-day administration and communication of all HR related activities.

Required Academic Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelors degree from a reputed University majoring in HR or any other business related subject. MBA preferred.

Required Experience

  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.

Required Competencies

  • Excellent problem solving abilities.
  • Good team player with amiable personality.
  • Counseling, negotiating and conflict management skills.
  • Strong ability to cope with changing environment.
  • Strong command on verbal and written communication.
