Executive - Supply Chain

Main Responsibilities:

• Work as a project In-charge (Civil Works & construction related Material Supply Chain).
• Follow-up Plant civil expansion works.
• Deal with procurement manager and buyers to source the Row materials & other project related matters.
• Using computer software to track material/goods from origin to delivery
• Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials.
• Coordination with: Suppliers, Bankers, Insurance companies & 3rd party inspection companies, C&F agents, relevant Govt. offices & Transporters.
• Local Raw, Packing & construction material purchase.
• Prepare material inventory report and maintain other documentation related to procurement of goods/material.
• Previous project handle experience in any manufacturing company will get preference.

Requirements:

• Engineering background Graduates (particularly from Civil Engineering Site) from any recognized university.
• 3-5 years Civil/ Projects/Technical & Supply Chain relevant working experience in any leading local/multinational organization.
• Having sound knowledge on AutoCAD & SAP/ERP operations
• Strong leadership & interpersonal Skill
• Good communication skills in verbal and written English.
• Positive attitude & Willingness to learn.
• Good Analytical skills.
