A renowned group of company produce Poultry Fish, Shrimp & Cattle feed: seeking expertise and capable candidate for its Sales & Marketing Department, to Extend Marketing of Poultry, Fish, Shrimp & Cattle feed throughout the country.

Job Responsibilities (Executive/RSM, Sales & Marketing)

• Regular market visit to create and maintain new client/customer.
• Responsible for achieving the Sales target of the Company.
• Competitor's information's, Sales information, others approval reports send to head office time to time.
• Development new clients and maintain good relationship with clients.
• Follow-up daily sales and report to Head of sales or to the authority for present situation.
• Give sales feedback, address different opportunities with improvement area and set individual's target.
• Finds ways to sell products in the market.
• To be able to handle and receive the Market Credit.
• Report client expectation and ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback on products, solutions and service trends in the relevant industry
• Achieve monthly targets (incentives included)
• Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain liaison with other departments to handle and deliver the job smoothly and timely.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as per company requirement.

Educational Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline

Experience Requirements

• THE APPLICANTS MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE  "AGRO FEED MILLS " BUSINESS AREAS.  
• At least 2 year(s) 
• Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

• Age at limit 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft office operating
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Smart, energetic and willing to travel frequently.
• Well conversant in MS Office, Excel, Power Point.
